Step 1

Please click one of the buttons below, corresponding to the class you will register for. You will need the confirmation number for your registration form which is the next step.

	Level 1 through Junior High Programs - $80 per student through June 30. Beginning July 1 registration fee will be $90 per student
	Confirmation Program - $90 per student through June 30. Beginning July 1 registration fee will be $100 per student
	RCIA Full Program - $50 per student
	RCIA (Inquiry Only) Program - $10 per student
	Summer Breezes (Inquiry) Program - $10 per student

Health Forms

Click on the link below to fill out and submit the Health/Medical form. We recommend that you print a copy for your records. You must fill out a form for each student under 18 years of age.

Alternatively, you may PRINT your filled out form and MAIL or FAX it to us. Please don't forget to make your payment online in step 1.
