Secure Payment via PayPal™

Please click one of the buttons below, corresponding to the class you will register for. You will need the confirmation number for your registration form which is the next step.

Get $10 off each student if you register before June 30th 2010!

Level 1 through Junior High Programs - $90 per student

Confirmation Program - $100 per student

Registration

Click on the link below to fill out and submit the Registration form. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 installed. We recommend that you print a copy for your records. You must fill out one registration for each student.

Please save the document on your computer, then email it to us as an attachment. Alternatively, you may PRINT your filled out form and MAIL or FAX it to us.

Health Forms

Click on the link below to fill out and submit the Health/Medical form. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 installed. We recommend that you print a copy for your records. You must fill out a form for each student.

Please save the document on your computer, then email it to us as an attachment. Alternatively, you may PRINT your filled out form and MAIL or FAX it to us. Please don't forget to make your payment online in step 1.
